- Temple was inaugurated on Aug 9, 1998. 3ft. statue of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was installed on the same day by Late Sri R. Krishnaswamy Naidu. Temple is built on 20ft. X 12ft. area.
- This is considered the first temple with statue in Tirupati.
- The temple has dhuni and kitchen.
