- This temple was inaugurated in 2003 and a statue of Baba was installed on Feb 10, 2005. Mandir measurements are of an area 100ft. X 40ft.
- The mandir committee members installed the 4ft. statue in the temple. The total temple is constructed in 0.5 acre land.
- The mandir has a dhuni, Datta Mandir, Navagrahalu, Vinayaka Mandir, Subramanyam Swami Mandir, neem tree and a peepal tree with Nagapadaga.
