- Temple was inaugurated on Oct 20, 1999 and Sri Dharmaiah (The Founder) installed a 3ft. statue of Sri Sai Baba on Feb 17, 2000. Mandir premises has dhuni and temples of Rajeshwari Devi, Anjaneya Swami etc.
- Initially started worshipping by keeping Baba’s photo at the bottom of a neem and peepal tree.
- Meditation hall, neem tree, peepal tree, office room, kitchen and a small library were also present in the temple.
