- The temple was inaugurated on Mar 18, 2010 by H.H.Sri Sri Vidya Narayana Tirtha Swamiji. The temple has life size photograph of Sri Sai Baba in which Baba is in a sitting posture on the stone.
- Main hall of the temple is built on approximately 1,000sq.ft. 52 photographs of eminent Sai Mahabhaktas (prominent devotees) who were associated to Sai Baba during his physical presence are nicely decorated along 2 sides of the walls similar to what we see in Shirdi Samadhi Mandir. Glimpses of all 52 chapters ofSri Sai Satcharitra are on display in a unique way.
- ri Sai Satcharitra is available in 11 different Indian Languages for reading (Telugu, Kannada, English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Punjabi and Sindhi). Another unique feature of this temple is availability of Sri Sai Satcharitra in Braille script for the blind. Sai Baba's 11 sayings in Kannada, English and Hindi are on display on the 3 pillars on the right hand side of the hall.
