- This temple is situated behind Chikkmma Niketana Choultry at Kuvempu Nagar, Mysore.
- The Temple Bhoomi Pooja was performed on 29th November 1992.
- The Temple Trust was formed in the year 1993.
- The Temple was inaugurated in the year 1999 by the President of the Temple Trust Shri.M.V.Satyanarayana Shetty.
- A Beautiful Blackstone Idol of Shirdi Saibaba about 4 ft, Ganesha, Kanyaka Parameshwari, Srinivasa and Shiva are present in the Temple.
