- This temple is situated in front of ESI Hospital in Mohan Nagar at Chinchwad, Pune.
- The Temple Bhoomi Pooja was performed on the auspicious day of Gudhi Padwa on 30th March 2006.
- The Temple was inaugurated on 19th August 2006 and 20th August 2006 by Dr.Jadhav Maharaj (Brahmachari) from Alandi, Maharashtra.
- A Beautiful Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba is present in the temple.
- A Maha Prasad Hall is also present in the temple and is used for daily Annadanam.
