- This temple was inaugurated on Jan 18, 1996. Sri Shirdi Sai statue was installed by Sri Ammula Sambasiva Rao on Nov 14, 1997.
- The temple is built on 10,800sq.ft. and the hall in which the statue of Sri Sai Baba is placed measures 10ft. X 12ft.
- The temple premises has Dhuni and Dwarakamayi, Navagrahalu (nine planets), Raavi chettu (peepal tree), Anjaneya Swami, Ganapathi, Saraswathi, Durgamatha, Gayatri Ammavaru and Sivudu.
