- The temple was inaugurated on May 29, 2006. A beautiful 4.5ft. tall marble statue of Sai Baba was also installed on the same day by Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Swamiji of Adichunchanagiri Mutt.
- Foundation stone for the temple was laid in the year 2002. Sri Janardhana Reddy is the founder of this peaceful temple in Sulibele.
- A small Panchaloha (made of 5 metals) idol is present in the temple before Baba’s statue. Dhyana Mandir (meditation hall) is present opposite to the temple. First floor of the three story building is dedicated for meditation hall.
