- The temple was inaugurated on Jul 7, 2009 on auspicious day of Guru Purnima. 1ft. tall statue of Sai Baba was also installed on the same day by Sri R. Seshadri, a disciple of Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji.
- This temple is in a small hall of 10ft. X 10ft. in the second floor of residential building that is maintained by Shri Dwarakamayi Seva Trust which is a welfare and charitable organization.
- Dwarakamai Baba idol is placed for worship.
