- The temple was inaugurated on Feb 7, 2006.
- 5ft. tall statue of Sai Baba was also installed on the same day by Sri Ammula Sambasiva Rao (Kakinada). The temple is built on 700sq. ft. area.
- The temple also has statues of Someshwara and Lord Ganapati.
