• The mandir was inaugurated on Feb 5, 2009 whereas the statue installation was done in Jul 2009. The Statue was installed by His Holiness Sri V V Sridhar Guruji. The dimensions of the mandir are 2,100sq.ft.
• Mandir is located in the suburbs of Richmond city. Temple has about 6 acres lot and has got a naturally formed pond as well. Currently working on expanding the mandir including Dhwaja Sthambham (a pillar fixed outside the main shrine), Rajagopuram (royal entrace of a temple) and other gopurams and increasing the overall size to 8,500sq.ft. which includes facilities for devotees.
• This mandir is the first temple built based on Prayoga Sashtra, outside of India. Sri Sai Baba idol is installed in this temple as Sai Amruta Narayana, in blackstone. Temple also has a Dwarakamai mandir, where you have life-size marble statue of Baba. In addition to Sai Amrutha Narayana, the main temple has Maha Ganapati, Maha Lingeswara, Mrutyunjaya Bhairava, Navagrahas (nine planets), Ayyappa and Subrahmanyeswara with Vallii & Devayani, Kurma Narayana and Venkateswara idols. In Dwarakamayi, in addition to Shirdi Sai, Runavimochana Ganapati, Anjaneya Swami idols and dhuni also exist. Temple also has a separate Gurusthan Mandir. Devotees are encouraged to read Sai Satcharitra in Dwarakamai mandir and do meditation there. This is the only mandir in western hemisphere that has cows for pujas, and fresh cow milk used for Bhagavan’s abhishekam.
